OH, HELLO THERE!
Hailing from the vibrant city of Houston, TX with legends like Beyoncé and achievements like NASA's, Brandon Doan (he/they) is a natural-born popstar and astronaut. With a diverse background working across various aspects of the entertainment industry, they've collaborated with esteemed organizations such as ATX TV Festival, Black Hills Playhouse, IHeartRadio, and even NASA. Because of his background he showcases a strong work ethic and allows them to understand the industry in nuance and technical ways that others might not be able to. Graduating from the accredited Texas State University in '23 with a BFA in Theatre, he is eager to continue their pursuit in being involved in all facets of the entertainment industry, but with a main focus in acting. Their mission is to empower more Asian-American, Body Diversity, and LGBTQ+ voices through their work.
When they're not in the hustle and bustle, he's developing his podcast, exploring the great outdoors on hikes, and having a blast watching RuPaul's Drag Race. Oh, and don't forget his fabulous drag persona, Soraya Cis.
I was blessed to have interned with ATX TV Festival, where I tackled a diverse array of responsibilities spanning event production, programming, social media, and content creation. I even got the chance to conduct backstage and red carpet interviews with some of the industry's best storytellers. I learned so much and had a blast doing it! I plan on returning as a panelist one day!

During my time at Black Hills Playhouse, I completed the Volksmarch, a hike up to the top of The Crazy Horse Memorial. I hiked 6.5 miles and was 6,500 feet above sea level. One of the most beautiful and coolest things I've seen in my life.

I graduated Texas State University (Class of '23) with my BFA in Theatre. During my time worked as a prestigious student tour guide and was a founding member/leader of the TXST Theatre Equity & Representation coalition. I love my university and couldn't be prouder to be a TXST Bobcat!
